Inner Element Fitness does the meal prep for you and offers nutrient-dense healthy meals in the studio, along with a Health & Wellness Specialist that meets with you 1-on-1 to help you reach your overall wellness goals.

Meal Prep Options

Inner Element provides healthy, convenient, and tasty meals and snacks as a supplement to our highly effective exercise program.  All meals come pre-packaged in a microwaveable container, and feature healthy portions of vegetables, along with high protein meat, chicken, or egg.  Be sure to maximize your results with our nutritious and delicious meals and snacks as part of your workout program!

Kenni works with clients individually in one on one Nutrition & Wellness Counseling Sessions. She empowers her clients to create lasting lifestyle habits that ensure they not only achieve their goals, once and for all, but break free of the cycles that are not in alignment with a lifestyle that promotes their best self and ultimate health!

She uses a NON-DIET and Judgement Free approach to assist clients in creating a strategic plan so that healthy habits develop over time in a way that fits into their current lifestyles. Restriction and Deprivation related approaches do not work in the long run because they are not sustainable or realistic (and frankly, no fun). Kenni helps each client bridge the gaps between fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness with a strategic process that includes:

  • Since working with Kenni, I have learned a lot about myself and my relationship with food. I used to go through cycles of eating very strictly and then gorging on unhealthy foods.
