Youth Programs

Inner Element Fitness® youth programs help people, ages10-18, with a variety of health and fitness activities focused on building healthy habits while avoiding injury. Classes are Monday through Saturday.

Youth Indoor Circuit Training

Inner Element® helps children and teens build healthy habits! We have modified our 50-minute heart rate monitored HIIT-style circuit training to provide a foundation for physical, mental, and emotional health that can apply to specific activities, including sports, ROTC, daily functionality, and more.

Youth Obstacle Courses – Outdoor

Our fun-filled outdoor obstacle course workout is the perfect challenge for energetic youngsters! Due to the summer heat, our obstacle courses are only available during morning hours.

Youth Personal Training 

Youth personal training is perfect for those wanting to address specific issues or opportunities for growth, such as sports conditioning or military preparation. Our experienced and passionate coaches and trainers lead our small group and 1-on-1 personal training services – groups of friends and siblings are welcome!

Youth Mobility & Functional Movement (MFM) Clinic

Our two-hour mobility and functional movement clinics aim to enhance overall health and fitness, as well as instill knowledge of issues such as:

  1. Learning how to get the most out of stretching (Proper Stretching modalities).
  2. Releasing muscle tightness and fatigue (Foam Rolling & Lacrosse Ball Techniques)
  3. Identifying proper body movement to help avoid injury (Functional Movement).

The Inner Journey Challenge has been designed to motivate, inspire, and empower participants through a guided 5-week journey in order to unleash each participants’ health and lifestyle potential.

Dear Inner Element® Friends and Family:

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we:

  • Reduced indoor class participant limit to 15.
  • Increased the time between classes to limit exposure and clean the studio.
  • Have dedicated cleaners sanitizing surfaces in the lobby and bathroom areas during classes and in the studio between classes.
  • Encourage social distancing by closing every other station, which allows for 6-feet of distance.
  • Require facemasks upon entering and exiting the premises.
  • Require our staff members to wear facemasks.
  • Ask that people who have been in contact with someone who tested positive refrain from attending in-person classes or personal training for at least 14 days.
  • Ask that please stay home if they are not feeling well or experiencing flu-like symptoms.
  • Encourage people to practice healthy behaviors such as exercising and eating properly.
