The Inner Element Workout
This 50 Minute heart rate monitored group workout focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) along with strength training. The workout is performed in an environment where the energy level is through the roof. Upbeat music, optimal lighting, modern equipment, and inspiration derived from the group setting will keep you motivated and committed.
