This 50 Minute heart rate monitored group workout focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) along with strength training. The workout is performed in an environment where the energy level is through the roof.

The class begins with a warm up and overview. From there, feel the music while a personal trainer leads you from the Cardio Station to the Stability Area, and finally to the Flexline Strength Station.
The 50-minute High Intensity Interval Training will fly by as you burn fat, build muscle, and increase stamina. The workout is unique every day, which will help to constantly keep you feeling empowered and motivated to come again and again. Finish up the class with a cool down and announcements, and then grab your pre-packaged nutritional meal on the way out.
