In our Fit After Fifty program, we offer the same upbeat atmosphere and energetic environment as our Inner 50 classes, but with lower impact exercise movements designed specifically for individuals ages 50 and over. Class sizes are smaller in our Fit After Fifty program, and the music selection and volume are selected to be consistent with the preferences of the age group.
The Fit After Fifty program is designed to increase muscle strength, enhance stability, and to improve cardiovascular health. The program includes movements that focus on both the upper and lower body, along with core. Other benefits of the Fit After Fifty program include:
