All meals come pre-packaged in a microwaveable container, and feature a balanced ratio of Macronutrients. Kenni works with clients individually in one on one Nutrition & Wellness Counseling Sessions. She empowers her clients to create lasting lifestyle habits that ensure they not only achieve their goals, once and for all, but break free of the cycles that are not in alignment with a lifestyle that promotes their best self and ultimate health!

She uses a NON-DIET and Judgement Free approach to assist clients in creating a strategic plan so that healthy habits develop over time in a way that fits into their current lifestyles. Restriction and Deprivation related approaches do not work in the long run because they are not sustainable or realistic (and frankly, no fun). Kenni helps each client bridge the gaps between fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness with a strategic process that includes:
